All Micro-providers who are part of the programme have signed up and are subject to the Quality Assurance Process
If you have a complaint about the service you have received from your micro-provider, the first step is to raise this with them directly. All micro-providers who are part of the Community Micro-Enterprise Programme should have a Complaints Procedure that is shared with clients when the service begins and available on request at any time.
If you have a concern about the wider quality or safety of the micro-provider or think the provider has broken the ‘Doing It Right’ quality standards, please complete the online Somerset Micro-provider Service Quality Feedback Form (office.com)
