12 Neighbourhood Teams
If you work with families and residents, connecting with your local neighbourhood is important. This helps bring services and support closer to where people live.
By connecting to your local neighbourhood, you can:
- Bring services and support closer to where people live.
- Maximise integration and wrap-around support for families and residents.
- Be a part of the Connect Somerset partnership with Somerset NHS, Early Years settings, Schools, Colleges and the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprises.
