I have worked within care and support for many years and am now wishing to offer a tailor made and completely person centred service. I feel that listening to clients needs will ensure that my support is exactly what you want. I am keen to be the person you can rely on for any nature of support, whether you want assistance with household activities or something more personal. I have experience in providing support for residents living in sheltered accommodation and fully understand the difficulties some people face. I am flexible and will always help you to adapt any aspect of the care we agree on in order for you to get the best possible outcome. I will be respectful of your needs and your wish to be as independent as possible. I treat everyone fairly and am keen to build a good working relationship with my clients and will remain professional at all times. I am approachable, a good listener and conversationalist and am happy to just be there for you if you will benefit from a companion. I offer a wide variety of support and know that my life experience gives me an understanding of the needs of others and what it means to be able to continue to make choices for yourself. Some of the areas of support you may be looking for help may include shopping, support with appointments, general wellbeing activities such as social events, meal preparation, cooking or baking and health and beauty wellbeing both at home and support with appointments. Maintaining connections with family and friends is very important and I can support you to keep in contact if that is what you wish. Daily living covers so many areas and I will be there for you whether you want help to get dressed, decide what you want to do with your day or just want someone to be there for and with you. If there are other ways you would like to be supported, I would be very happy to discuss these with you and tailor your support plan to suit your needs.
Times available
I offer daily care Mon-Fri between 8am and 5pm. I am happy to discuss one off care and support outside of those hours.
