Description
My name is Ann, and I am a micro-provider in the Mendip area. I have had the utmost pleasure to support different people in their chosen homes. This has ranged from supporting family members at home with life-limiting health conditions, to supporting people of working age in their own home and people who have moved into specialist residential care. What I have learnt from all these special people is that home has been where they feel safe, where they experience a sense of comfort and identity and where many years of memories have been made that offer them reassuring familiarity. As a micro-provider I am committed to helping and supporting both the person who wants to stay in their own home and their extended family who want the best for their loved ones; I understand and know how life and other commitments can impact on being able to offer loved ones the care they need. My commitment to offering the best care I can is evidenced in the different training I have undertaken and which I am more than happy to share. The training, I feel, is invaluable and supports my ability to offer holistic, person-centred, and compassionate care. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
