Hello, I’m Lyn who likes to help fulfil peoples wishes to stay in their home environment with the care and support they need. My main priority is always the safety and well-being of the people I am supporting and to build a good working relationship with them, their family and friends who are involved with their care as well as being flexable to their needs offering a person centred support service that gives people a choice and control over the care and support they would like. I am a trustworthy, kind and caring person who is motivated to deliver at a high standard the care and support needed with respect and dignity supporting independence to live the life they choose.
