Description
I am available in a variety of capacities to support clients in their homes. I am passionate about supporting a healthy lifestyle and I am especially keen to work with my clients to cook fresh, tasty food. I will work with my client to design an individual person centred care plan. This may include personal care, companionship, supporting with hobbies and activities, driving to appointments, prompting of food, fluids and medication, encouraging mobility. I can provide a sitting service, assist with shopping, laundry and other light domestic tasks. Happy to support with pets and provide dog walking as part of a care package. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of health and social care roles. I am experienced with working with older people, and individuals with physical or learning disabilities. I am available to support people to live as independently as possible at home. I believe in individual person centred care, personal choice and working to enable my clients to live their lives with autonomy. I am flexible, reliable, empathic and punctual.
