As a Care Provider one of our aims is to put your needs first when you receive support from Birch
Tree
Care and Support. Our person-centred approach allows us to support you in your home. and in the Community. We can help you with daily tasks, take you to appointments and take care of yourself safely, and generally support where you need the help and continued support.
If you enjoy being out in the community, we aim to get you involved in the things you love, whether it’s meeting new people, or attending social events!
We can also help you to gain new skills such as cooking and cleaning to give you more independence. Here at BirchTree care and Support we can also help you to take part in training through a college, or to achieve your goal of employment or studying.
We’re proud to offer Mental Health Care Services as well and understand that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical health. Here at BirchTree Care and Support we are equipped to provide the compassionate support needed.
