I am that Good Neighbour we all want – help with shopping, basic hygiene, cooking and preparing light meals, social contact, visits to cafes and coffee shops.
I have the added bonus of 25 years as a complimentary health practitioner, skilled in the care of scars, mental emotional and physical issues.
Trained in the Bowen Technique, Thai Foot Massage, Shiatsu, Eden Energy Medicine.
