Hi, my name is Carole and I live in Martock. My qualifications include Reiki, Mindfulness and Nutrition and over the past few years as well as running my own holistic business I have worked alongside Spark Somerset taking relaxation methods to carers groups across the county. Currently, I am the leader for the Yeovil carers group, meeting at Westland entertainment centre. Working with this group of people and helping to care for my father has encouraged me to offer my services as a support worker, my duties could include light housework and gardening, cooking meals, taking clients shopping or to appointments or just out for some recreation. I am also available for home visits for Reiki, Mindfulness and Nutrition if required.
