I would like to introduce myself my name is Suzanne Ware the proprietor of Daisy support a mobility. Daisy support is a person-centred service based around the clients requirements, offering a wheelchair accessible vehicle and companion care. Services I provide: Sitting service and overnight stays, Day trips out, supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, Holiday support, short breaks away or overnight stays, Low level personal care and help around the home, Help with meal preparation and medication, . Welfare checks, Hospital appointments, Social engagements and End of life care. I want to do my utmost to help people in the community to live their lives to the full and be able to get out and about and help with independence and companion support. I will be there to help support and guide you with your chosen activity and the support you need to help you promote good health and well-being. So whatever your need or request I will do my upmost to bring this to fruition. After working in the social care service for over 37 years, I have experience in all fields of care. Qualified in Reiki and Dementia Support
