Description
I have over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of care. I have worked with people with physical and learning disabilities for 14 years, and 16 years in a residential home for the elderly. I have gained a great deal of knowledge in both roles. I now work independently and in teams to provide one-to-one care in the community. I work to high standards and treat each person with respect, dignity and compassion. I am friendly and easy going, with a good sense of humour. I enjoy the care and support I prove to each individual. I help with personal care, including; Washing and dressing Shopping and appointments Social events and light domestic duties I am insured, DBS checked, hold a number of relevant training certificates and can provide references. My training certificates include: NVQ Medication training Safeguarding Manual handling Diabetic training
