I have been working in care now for almost 15 years and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I am a people person and enjoy being active and busy. I have four children with my husband Shane. Oliver is 10, Megan is 8, Oscar is 6 and Aaliyah is 6 months, they are my world and absolutely love them, we have many pets too, including Cassi, our Dalmatian. I love walking and being outside, I think that’s from growing up on a farm!. When I was young, I used to break in horses and always be looking for various animals, whether it was a dog, rabbit or budgies. I am hard-working and love a laugh. I have a level 3 in Health and Social Care and worked as a team leader for 8 years which was a amazing experience and loved working for DCC until I was made redundant. I absolutely love my job and have always worked in care home settings, however not only would Mirco Providing be amazing around my busy lifestyle, I just love what the Mirco providers are offering with more person- centred approaches to your own lifestyle
