I provide assistance to clients of ALL ages with: day sits and companionship medication assistance chaperone medical appointments shopping all personal care needs continence care and support cooking/meal prep/PEG physical and rehab support Palliative care and family support experienced with MANY complex health conditions. I have kevel 3 and 4 QCF in Health and Social care and a Moving and Handling Trainer. First aid trained and fully insured with a clean enhanced DBS and business car insurance.
