Hi my name is Saxon Fleetwood I am a self employed Micro-provider/Personal Assistant. I am located in Glastonbury and can offer support locally up to approximately a 20 mile radius. My decision to start Micro-providing stems from having a passion to deliver exceptional care. I am deeply passionate about the level of care I deliver. Looking forward I am excited that my thoughts and ideas will be considered which has not been the case in most of my employment with larger companies. Previously I have had some great ideas which have supported clients to maximise their full potential. I have 5 years’ experience of working within the caring and support industry. This includes roles within Adult care and Children’s education, in both supported living and residential home settings. My expertise especially lies within ASD and Learning disabilities. Currently I hold a Level 2 NVQ, however I am currently studying towards level 4 and 5 which I have sourced and funded myself via Open Study College. More training available on request. I offer high standards of professional support at all times. My overall aim is to deliver exceptional care in all circumstances in the comfort of their own home. Everyone will have a personal and tailored support plan which will be tailored by the needs and wants of the individual. Support plans will be regularly reviewed by myself and the individual to ensure goals are meet. Personally, I enjoy a challenge and adapt well to new environments. I have good professional relationships and I am happy to work closely with family members, Friends, and other care professionals.
