Hi I’m Jess, I’m a sole trader providing Care and Support across Somerset. I have worked in Health and Social Care for many years and have experience in; Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, ASD and aspergers, Acquired Brain Injuries, Dementia, Personal Care, Physical disabilities amongst others. I can offer a personalised service where every client is treated as an individual and every package of care or support is tailored to the client to best meet their needs. I offer anything from general care services and personal care, to support for those with more complex care needs. From supporting with domestic duties and getting out and about to clients with diagnosis’ of agoraphobia and hoarding and really anything inbetween. Sitting services and longer “Social” visits also available. Please get in touch if you need more information or feel my service would be right for you.
