GC care and support understand how hard it can be on your own and the difficulties it comes
with, such as: living with a disability; completing day-to-day tasks or simply missing somebody to talk
to. As my business name suggests, I am here to support people, whether this is with getting up in the
morning; just a friendly face to see or helping with your home and garden.
My name is Gemma Robinson, and after 4 years working within the care industry and assisting in the
community, I realised that making people happy and helping them with their needs is what I enjoy
doing the most. Therefore, I decided to start micro providing in my local community: helping people
in their home and being here to support in whatever capacity that is required.
GC care and support promise to always go that extra mile, providing the best support for you as
an individual/family which is tailored to your specific needs. I am an incredibly compassionate and
charismatic person who will always take the time to listen and get to know you and your needs,
enabling me to deliver the best possible care that fulfils your requirements and beyond.
GC Care and Support also understand how hard it can be to let a carer into your home and have
access to personal information. This is where I‘ll always respect privacy and keep all information
confidential.
Services I can offer:
● Having a friendly face to help you get up and ready in the morning. Whether this is with
personal care or just helping you with your breakfast.
● Taking you out into the local community, even for a tea/coffee
● Driving you to any appointments
● Support and encouragement with your routine, that works for you
● Respite for family members.
● Help with cleaning, organising and gardening, even if its just an extra pair of hands to get
you out there.
● Help with preparing and cooking meals.
● Help establish social relationships??
● Help with shopping or getting out the house.
● Working with you to make sure you can feel fulfilled in life

alternative weekends (all day) and 9am-2:30pm Tuesday and Friday
