Overview
Guardian Nights Homecare is a micro provider who provides specialist night care, either via sleeping calls or waking nights. As a carer, Guardian nights has almost 10 years’ experience in domicile care and in the last 4 years has specialised in providing high quality night care provision including palliative and end of life care.
Guardian Nights Homecare also provides personal care and support, services include all aspects of personal care, shopping and sitting services
Aims and Objectives
Guardian Nights homecare’s aim to deliver high quality care and support to clients, as agreed in the persons support/care plan. To support people living in their own homes. To empower, encourage and to enable people to lead fulfilling lives as members of the community, which reflects their wishes and changing needs.
To provide support in a way that increases and/or maintains each individuals independence.
To support and assist clients in the way they choose and need and to complete personal care and minor household tasks. Examples are: shopping, meal preparation, laundry and personal care tasks such as bathing, washing hair and using toilet.
