At helping Hands by Charlotte I know being on your own is no fun, I can help you meet up with friends, get out of the house to do your shopping and just be a general companion. My name is Charlotte and after working in a doctors surgery for a few years I have decided to set up my own micro enterprise. I am different to other care providers as I can offer help in whichever way works for you, including getting out the house to do your grocery shop, taking you to appointments and general tasks around the house that you might find hard. I know it might be hard to let a carer into your home, share personal details and give access to your private concerns but I promise to always respect your privacy and keep any information confidential. Helping Hands by Charlotte knows that the customers make the rules and guarantee to always take time to understand your rules and listen to how you would like things done. I promise to go that extra mile to follow those rules and support you your way.
