I’ve been in the care sector for 13 years. Looking after people with disabilities and challenging behaviours. I’ve decided to start micro providing to offer a more 1 on 1 personal support service. Level 3 diploma in health and social care. Team leader level 2. Services I can offer is personal care, medication support, companionship, shopping, light cleaning, social visit support.
