I’m Jess and I’m a friendly, thoughtful, understanding, creative and caring person. I am incredibly proud to be a registered Somerset Micro Care Provider and have started my care business so I can help other people live happy and fulfilled lives.
As a neuro-divergent person myself, I am keen to support other neuro-divergent adults or those experiencing difficulties with their mental health. This domiciliary support includes but is not limited to cleaning and laundry, light gardening, companionship, helping you learn new life skills, home admin support, grocery shopping, preparing meals, dog walking, support finding and accessing work or volunteering roles, transport to appointments and accompanying you on trips out and visits to the family. If you have other things you might like my support with then I would be very happy to chat with you to see if I can help.
I am young at heart and have a keen interest in supporting young adults (18 to 30) however I am also currently supporting an ADHD lady in her 40’s and an autistic gentleman in his 50’s so am happy to hear from any neuro-divergent person who thinks they may like my support. I have studied a Level 2 in Children and Young Peoples Mental Health and am in the process of completing a Level 4 certificate in Psychiatry, Community and Mental Health. I am advanced DBS approved and have completed other courses I can share more about when we talk.
I take pride in being hard working, timely and a good communicator. I am also intuitive, caring, empathetic and most importantly, I am interested in you. It’s important to me that you get the help that you really want and that we work together to make sure that I take the right approach to supporting you.
