Description
I have worked in both a residential and clinical setting. Over 20 years care experience. I want to provide support to clients in their own homes to help them maintain independence in a personal centred way. I have my Level 3 NVQ Health and Social care and Clinical Care Certificate, all mandatory training up to date. I have experience with dementia, mental health and acute care, I also work within the community hospitals helping prepare patients to return home after hospital. The services I am offering will be tailored to each client to fulfil all aspects of their day to day care and needs promoting independence within their own home. I am offering: All aspects of personal care Meal preperation Household duties Chaperone for appointments and shopping trips Offering family members respite day and night Sleep in and Sit in service Support with end of life care Support after returning home after hospital Holiday cover for other micro-providers
