Description
My name is Kimberley Farrer and I have five and a half years’ experience in care. I worked in a residential care home for that time, where some residents had Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. It is my mission to provide support to clients so that they can stay independent for as long as possible in their own homes. I have experience with a wide range of mobility equipment to help accommodate this. I tailor my care plans to support clients in the way they would like to be supported as I offer a person cantered service, understanding that everyone is not the same, but everyone should have input on what they feel is best for them. I aim to help my clients with personal care and mobilising where they may need some extra support, to support them in a healthy and active lifestyle. I understand that care is about support physically and mentally and provide clients with companionship and a compassionate ear.
