Welcome to Lean On Me – Home Care, the Independent carer. you can rely on, Trust and feel comfortable with. I cover North Petherton and surrounding areas. My whole career has been spent working with people from all walks of life, mainly as Cabin Crew manager for 17 years and now a vaccinator working in peoples homes, care homes and hospitals. I love caring for people and brightening their day. Why not let me take you to appointments, keep you company, care for your needs, help keep you active if your wanting to, walking is great if your able or I love dabbling in a bit of gardening, although my palm tree didn’t survive this cold winter. We could meet up with groups and socialise or if you have pets, horses I would love to help look after them. If you need shopping or would like to be taken no problem. Why not a visit to a garden centre or to the seaside. Get in touch and I will tailor my service to YOUR needs.
