Description
I offer tailor made community access on a basis of 1-1 and small groups of up to 3 people. Nature walks, visits to local attractions and activities, visiting friends or accessing services. I also offer travel training to local towns, using the bus to get around the area. Daily living skills sessions by arrangement. Bespoke care arrangements in your home and town. I work as a freelance carer and therapist in Somerton and surrounding area.
