Description
I am based in Bridgwater and have become a Micro-Provider to provide every person access to alternative therapies. I am passionate about spirituality in my own life and passing that knowledge on to others. I offer massage, reflexology, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, crystal therapies as well as improved sleep techniques and shadow mastery. At present I am doing a course on forest bathing to be able to take clients into nature for meditation. I believe in treating everybody with respect and working with them to reach the best outcomes, and am passionate about treating mind, body and spirit of individuals so we all feel less stresses and anxious.
