Description
Ive been a community carer for 7 years. I worked for an agency for 3 years and i have done private work for 4 years. I have been self employed for the last 3 years. I have done all aspects of community care from meal preparation to end of life care. I have a level 2 diploma in health and social care and specialized in dementia and end of life. I have done sleeping nights and waking nights, stayed with clients in their final hours. I collect and take clients shopping and collect medications. Liase with GP’s and health coaches to provide the best care for clients.
Times available
Monday – Sunday 9am- 3pm 5pm-9pm, every other weekend off
