My name is Georgina Rogers, I am a local Minehead woman, I have 12 years experience in care in many different settings, residential care homes, nursing homes and caring for my own grandparents for the last 6 years in their own home. I have also qualified in Holistic Therapies and have found combining care at home and holistic therapies (such as massage/ a walk) on a regular basis has proven to improve the all round wellbeing of my clients. Circulation boosting hand and arm/feet and leg massagesAromatherapy massage Reflexology (a treatment on the soles of your feet to help clear blockages in the body) and Manicures/ Pedicures with Gel polish . These all add an element of a pamper and selfcare to your week. Regarding care I like to meet with any potential clients and make a support plan that suits them, this can be one service or include a combination of services such as:Helping support you to get up washed and dressed in the morning/ wind down for bed in the evening , Assisted Bathing/showering, Sitting with you, Walking the dog, Preparing any food and drinks, Cooking/baking together, Attending appointments, Getting out and about for a chat and a cuppa
