Hello, I’m Teresa and I have been working as a Care and Support Worker out in the Community since 2012. After all those years working for a large care company, I have decided to set up my own micro-enterprise called Smart Care. We can offer you help in various ways to suit you; Getting up in the morning ready for the day ahead, helping with a meal, Going to bed when the day is done, Spending time with you if your family member needs to go out, Getting you to an important dental/GP appointment, A shopping trip, Just taking you out and about. Can help you to stay in your own home for as long as possible
