Description
An experienced Support Worker with over 30 years in the Health & Social Care field in a variety settings. I have expertise in Learning Disabilities and those with Dementia; providing them with meaningful activities and help on outings and appointments (both social and medical), this does not include Personal care. My approach is needs led and Person centred, I am patient, understanding, empathic and committed to my clients.
