Description
I am a sole trader, owner of Home Care with Susan. I provide number one care supporting individuals in thier home. I provide personal care by agreement. I have experience in providing dementia care support. I also have experience working along side adults with learning disabilities. My value as a sole provider is to work on a person centred approach only. Being a micro provider gives the individual full control of the care they recieve. It is my duty to support an individual to live an independent life whilst assisting them with the needs they require helping them to fulfil every aspect of their lifes.
