Description
I offer to you a dedicated one to one service providing palliative care overnight to you or your loved one. I can provide both basic and complex nursing care. within the boundaries of my role as a Senior Health Care Assistant, and I will ensure that such care is tailored to fit your individual needs and wishes.
As an experienced health care worker with over 20 years spent working at Musgrove Park Hospital and St Margarets Hospice, I have noticed a vital gap in community night care provision for palliative patients. I want to help fill that gap, with individualised care delivered with expertise and compassion.
Spending time with family, in your own home, is so important when serious illness hits, but the pressure on loved ones without nursing support can be overwhelming. Let me help to reduce that pressure by allowing family and friends to rest, whilst knowing their loved one is in safe hands.
I offer up to 4 nights per week night care (dependent on work load) 21.00 – 07.00.
My current charge will be £17/hour for simple nursing care and £20/hour for more complex nursing care (eg, caring for a patient with a tracheostomy).
My values are simple. I aim to treat others as I would like to be treated, and I aim to be the best at what I love to do.
