We can help you to get out and about to meet new people, understand friendships and relationships and help you to explore what being in a relationship will mean for you. We are also here to help you keep on top of your household tasks, plan fun activities and even learn new skills such as cooking and money management. learning disabilities for the last 9 years. I have experience working with people who have lots of physical needs as well as social and emotional support requirements. I have worked with parents who have learning disabilities as well as young people leaving education and I have helped lots of people to live their lives the way they want to with the support they need. you achieve this. Your Life Your Choice predominantly works with adults with learning disabilities. However we offer support to anyone who needs it. Whether that is help with shopping, keeping your house clean and tidy, help getting up in the morning or settling down at night, we can even help you to regain confidence after a set back such as a fall or long hospital stay. Your Life Your Choice can help you reconnect with your local area, get back to going to social clubs and help you to establish support networks so that you can be as independent as possible.
