About the hubs

We are working with partners across Somerset to develop a network of community hubs. The community hubs offer support to families and residents. Hosted in community venues such as libraries, village halls, community centres, and places of worship. These spaces provide a friendly environment where people can get help and support, socialise, enjoy refreshments, and take part in activities.
