Connect Somerset Champions work with the professionals in their community to identify the need, map existing services and seize opportunities for increased access to early help.

Champions are working with Somerset Community Foundation to access grants to bring these opportunities to life.

Somerset Community Foundation is a charity that helps people change the world on their doorstep. They do this by funding amazing local charities and providing rewarding and impactful ways for people to give to the causes and places they care about.

Collaboratively, Somerset Community Foundation and Champions are striving to build stronger communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Successful grant proposals will be funded to create sustainable pieces of work. Work that grows organically with longevity. This work will also be evaluated to demonstrate its impact on what is different and showcase lessons learnt.
